About Me

Erin Morrissey: I found out that I was gluten free about 7 years ago. I have always missed my favorite treats so I decided to make them gluten free.It took awhile to get them just right but now they are so good. I am a stay at home mom with twin babies one girl and one boy. Even though they take up most of my time I figured I would share my Crazy Good gluten free treats. Having Celiac disease doesn't mean you have to eat cardboard all the time.
